By using binarybeatsinfo.com or buying from us you agree to these terms. The business is Binary Beats (“Binary Beats Info”, “we”), operated by Sagar Sutariya, 321C Craig Henry Dr, Unit C, Nepean, Ontario K2G 4G1, Canada.
Services
Binary Beats Info provides web development, app development, digital marketing and related IT services. We work directly with you to deliver them. Package descriptions and prices appear on the site, and custom work is described in a written quote or order confirmation.
How an order works
After you pay, we contact you by email within 1 business day to confirm the scope, collect the information we need, and agree a schedule. Work begins once we have what we need from you. Changes to scope may change the price and timeline.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information, content, access and timely feedback, and to have the right to use any materials you provide. Delays on your side may delay delivery.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Ontario HST (13%) or other applicable GST/HST, PST or QST is added at checkout. Payment is due at purchase unless your quote states otherwise. Card payments are processed by our payment provider. Third-party costs such as domain names, hosting, plugins, app store fees and advertising spend are separate unless the package says they are included.
Ownership
On full payment, the final deliverables made for you transfer to you unless the quote says otherwise. We keep ownership of our tools, code libraries and pre-existing materials, and give you a licence to use them as part of your deliverables. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to breach security, or use our services for unlawful purposes.
Warranty and liability
We perform services with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee specific business results such as rankings, traffic or sales. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ontario.
